Jeremy has origins in engineering, having received his master’s from ESTP (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics) before going on to Robert Gordon’s University in Aberdeen where he graduated from his studies in Law in 2014. He is also a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Jeremy has previously worked across a variety of sectors including the water treatment, electrical, oil and gas and hospital industries before taking on the role as commercial director for ISG’s French business, which he has occupied for 2 years now. Jeremy enjoys working in construction mostly to be a part of the human adventure of building places and spaces where people and businesses thrive.
Embracing the diversity of his skillset in his current role, Jeremy has taken on many tasks, mainly assisting the business with determining their commercial position and supporting the estimating team. He has also dedicated time to helping train the wider commercial team of project managers and directors on dealing with commercial factors such as identifying and preventing any potential issues in advance, in order to improve our skills in these key areas of performance.
Some of his wider objectives for the French business include producing sustainable activity by developing long term relationships with clients, subcontractors and agents.
In his own time Jeremy likes to read, travel and keep active, using sport to help focus his mind and body alike.
