Introduction

ISG in France designed and completed a full fit out of the new offices on the fifth floor of 14 rue Auber, in central Paris. While the new location is only a short walk from the previous ISG base, the new office design is a world away.

The project

The vision of the project was to create an elegant yet welcoming environment for #TeamISG in France, utilising raw wooden materials, while adhering to UK corporate office guidelines.

The interior works involved a complex refurbishment, including a strip out of the walls, ceilings and flooring, and a redesign of the MEP elements.

A bespoke archway was designed and installed to distinguish the reception and office area. Informal, user-friendly meeting rooms and breakout spaces were intelligently integrated into the layout to help create a collaborative and productive working atmosphere.

5 formal meeting rooms were also incorporated into the revamp. The cafeteria was extended to accommodate up to 18 people, and arch-shaped high tables have reinvigorated the design to mirror the central arch in the main space.

Despite a tight 8-week time frame and long procurement lead times, successful communication with the landlord’s maintenance team meant all potential roadblocks were successfully navigated and the project delivered on time.

The freshly designed office was warmly received by the ISG team in France and represents a fantastic upgrade for the Parisian team. Bravo tout le monde!
